However, cheesemongers and delis are great sources of advice and the great news is that many have online and bricks and mortar shops. Plus, they give you the opportunity to buy from loads of different cheesemakers at once.

Courtyard Dairy, Settle You can make this a few hours out if you visit in person as there is a wine and beer shop, bakery, an amazing pizza restaurant ‘Rind’ and a mini cheese museum all on this beautiful rural site.
